I've been a customer there for a long time and almost always more than satisfied. In addition, it is always spotlessly clean and hygienic ... after all, you can eat too! Now and then the method of preparation is a little different than the time before. I suspect that this may happen when a new employee is trained. Then instead of very good - as usual - it sometimes only tastes good. And depending on the order in which the orders are received, the route can also fall in such a way that the food is delivered (preferably pizzas and kebab dishes ?) is not that hot anymore. But: Only people work there, not machines, and if something happens, I speak of exceptions, because everything usually comes out as requested and tastes great! And up to now neither the boss nor the employees have been unfriendly. Rather concentrated, because due to the quality, the bear is very often there = they are very well attended there and the delivery service has to run in parallel. And as for the price-performance ratio: That's still good and delivery within Heinsberg is free of charge for orders of € 10 or more! Overall: thumbs up! ?

I ordered today again something was forgotten before I never said anything the first time I thought you would talk to the owner. In response to "you should have spoken to us about what was missing" I, as a customer, must be able to assume that everything is there, although I was humane, I was also told that my work colleagues and I should order elsewhere. We will definitely not order there any more and we advise everyone against it. Something like that doesn't deserve a star. Apparently the owner doesn't need any customers. Outrageously spending your money elsewhere. I've never seen such cheek. Greetings to the kebab house ?

Unhygienic preparation - the nails are nicely dipped into the sauce and the meat when turning the Dürüms *.

Price-performance ratio is right, the salad was really fresh and the service is quick and polite.

I haven't eaten a better kebab yet. Just delicious and fresh! The service is always super friendly.

Awful. If you order doner kebab with fries and tzatziki, half the box is only with sauce. I just ordered spaghetti which were not baked as requested and also three euros more expensive than on the menu. If you try to call afterwards, nobody answers the phone

Best kebab in Heinsberg ??

I have been a regular customer of this location for over seventeen years. Pizza and doner kebab are delicious. Pasta, schnitzel and other meat dishes are average, often too salty. The quality is very good for a kebap house. I have been visiting this place for years because this restaurant is very neat and clean for a kebab shop, other kebab shops in Heinsberg do not have this standard. The price is a farce and has risen very much for no reason. € 4.50 for a kebab in Heinsberg? The delivery costs increased to 2 euros although you order for 30 euros? Here you should still improve.

An era comes to an end ! For years we were regular regular customers. The dishes were mostly good. (sometimes torn kebab pockets) In the event of a complaint, after an incorrect delivery, we were rejected loudly and unfriendly in the hope of a friendly subsequent delivery. An agreement was not possible. That was our last order from Kebab Haus HS. In the future we will bring sales to other hospitable restaurateurs. # 63

Most of the time the foods great. But sometimes its not good :) Please dont serve poeple burned meat... Its not edible like that.

Have been coming with the whole family for years, but this case is declining. Not so satisfied with the last visits. Now it has been the last time that we have visited this restaurant, the chicken cutlet was still raw inside, the salt pot could have fallen over. Reported to the owner and show. He apologized. We have not eaten our plates, to my surprise I had to pay everything, including the uneaten schnitzels. His explanation was that we had received the ordered food anyway ....

Good food at the kabaphaus. Always fast service and friendly staff.

Food tasted good. Prices are reasonable. Staff friendly. Unfortunately, our questions about the menu were not explained in sufficient detail, so we got something different than we thought we ordered. Only a star deduction therefore.
